The minimum supported Python is now 3.10, so checks for 3.8 and 3.9 are always true or never taken: - FixTypingTypeNames: drop the __init__ that only added typing_extensions fallbacks for Annotated (<3.9) and Literal (<3.8) - Printer: always emit the positional-only marker "/" (>=3.8) - structs: always define Modifier via typing.Literal (>=3.8) The <3.12 checks for PEP 695 type parameters in parse.py remain needed. We decided to make this a major release, do to the many fundamental updates and fixes we roll out.
