feat: extend cw721 entry point for `UpdateNftInfo` by default for sg721-base

In order to remove a layer of complexity for collections using the standard sg721-base, the entry point that exists in cw721-base that lets the minter or contract owner update a token infocan be extended as an available entry point for sg721-base.
