Prefix changes not persisted in download unless additional ontology edit is made

Description
Prefix changes in 'Project Prefixes' are not saved to the download unless another ontology change is made before exiting.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Project' → 'Project Prefixes'
2. Add a prefix name (e.g. 'ex:') and a prefix URI (e.g. 'http://www.example/com/')
3. Click 'Apply'
4. Go to 'Home': You will notice that 'Last opened' has been updated with the latest timestamp, but 'Last modified' has not.
5. Reopening the project and going again to 'Project Prefixes' will take you to the correct list. But downloading the project files will contain the previous (i.e. not updated) prefix list. One needs to do one additional change in the ontology before exiting the project and downloading, in order for the updated list of prefixes to be included in the output file.

Expected behavior
Prefix changes in 'Project Prefixes' should be automatically saved once 'Apply' is clicked and they should be present in the download.
