This meta-docs PR references fixes in #153, #154, #156, #157, #159, #161, #104, #114, #115, #116, #118. It should land after the corresponding code fix PRs (#164-172, #206) merge — otherwise the docs describe fixes that aren't yet in main. Once those PRs are merged, this is ready.

Good quick-reference but several tracked issues (#156, #157, #159, #153, #154, #161) are already addressed by #169. Task automation items (#104, #114, #115, #116, #118) already addressed by #206.

This doc will become stale as fixes land. OK to merge for historical record, but could also close with note that all tracked issues are resolved or have dedicated PRs.
