Great catch, while reviewing this PR, I've noticed something similar also happens when you use the filesystem menu to create a new file/directory. I'll address that in an upcoming PR.

The update fixes the issue appearing as a missing devicon for a new file or for a child node of a former root, when moving up the tree.
