Original propose from the issue author was a little another, but if i correctly understood peppy comment this is expected implementation. Now need to select beatmap collection in the select screen, it will be saved to `MusicController` so it can filter beatmaps.

If i correctly understood it, implementation was not expected to contain playlist selection in the
NowPlayingOverlaybut only inSongSelectscreen.Closes #10507
