Issue/Description:
Add support for middle-click scrolling in scrollable components whenever a scrollbar is available. Clicking the middle mouse button within the scrollable area should enable automatic scrolling based on the cursor's position, similar to the behavior commonly found in browsers.
Expected Behavior:
Middle-click scrolling should be activated, allowing the content to scroll based on the cursor's movement until the middle-click scrolling mode is cancelled.
Other Notes:
This should be supported consistently across libcosmic scrollable components wherever a scrollbar is available (Files, Settings, Edit etc).
