Static HTML report hosting for Pony development. Reports live at
r/{slug}/index.html with a categorized index at r/index.html.
Deploys to GitHub Pages on every push to main.
Includes agent instructions (AGENTS.md) covering slug naming,
multi-category support, and commit discipline.
