Install llvm-gold in Tumbleweed builder for LTO linking - #6271

The release build uses LTO (PONY_USE_LTO=ON), which makes clang emit bitcode objects. The system linker (ld.bfd) needs the LLVMgold.so plugin to process them. On Tumbleweed, this lives in the llvm-gold package, which isn't pulled in by the clang package.

The Tumbleweed rolling-release build fails at the release link step because
ld.bfdcan't findLLVMgold.so. On Tumbleweed, this plugin lives in thellvm-goldpackage, which isn't pulled in byclang.Add
llvm-goldto the builder Dockerfile and to the BUILD.md requirements table.
