1.18.0 added mcp==1.9.1 which imports a pydantic internal API (eval_type_backport) that was removed in pydantic 2.14, breaking the cloudsmith push step.

cloudsmith-cli 1.18.0 added mcp==1.9.1 as a dependency. mcp 1.9.1 imports
pydantic._internal._typing_extra.eval_type_backport, which was removed inpydantic 2.14 (the version pip resolves on the arm64 Windows runner). The
existing
<1.19.0pin let 1.18.0 through.Tightens the pin to
<1.18.0in both nightlies.yml and release.yml. Thecomment now documents both exclusions (1.18.0 mcp/pydantic, 1.19.0
cryptography wheel).
