The original versions of these files were transposed, incorrectly. The indices should have been stored as one row for each set of shuffled ballots (rather than having each column correspond to one set). Now the example corresponds to 5 sets of shuffled ballots (i.e., 5 sets of replicate audits).

modify prep_comparison_sample to set MVR fields
poolandtally_poolto the corresponding CVR fields. Add unit test for prep_comparison_sample. Update workflow in ONEAudit-demo.ipynb to call add_pool_contests to the MVR for ONEAudit compatibility (so that the comparison audit treats MVRs from pooled batches as if they contain the relevant contests).
