Currently, the "uuid" property is only added to the "uuidBox" element if the UUID value is not known by Jpylyzer (which means it is not included if it contains XMP metadata). It would be more consistent to always write this element. See:

BUT in that case the payload (e.g. XMP metadata) should be put in a wrapper element to avoid a mix-up of the two, which would break existing processes that rely on the contents of the "uuidBox" element.
