Extra_features_reGon

Once the milestone "Adapt_to_new_scn" is completed, we will have a working pipeline able to produce one status scenario and 3 future scenarios using NEP 2025 data and previously existing methods. This milestone include all new features or data updates (not done in AP3.1).

When all issues listed here are done, we will have all 4 scenarios in full structure ready to be used by eTraGo and eDisGo. Then a round of bug fixing will start based on the optimization tool results.
