The new ef-themes version caused some themes (ef-cyprus) to lose some variables that were previously defined. To fix this, we map the undefined variables to the defaults in modus-themes (emacs package)

To fix an issue with trouble's component, we force the StatusLine to match the lualine style, instead of the default. This may be a breaking change to configs requiring StatusLine, but alternatives like the get_palette function are available.
