On the tags/browse view:

  • Each tag name is now a <button> element that activates the edit-in-place form. This is a semantic improvement that additionally enables the user to activate the tag form via keyboard.
  • Delete tag button is a <button> too, converted from an anchor.
  • Instructions for tag form usage have been updated for clarity.
  • Errors are now read out to screen readers.
  • Markup includes improved aria attributes for better context in screen reader readouts.
  • Focus order flow has been improved for moving between tags, edit in place interactions, and to and from the delete confirm modal.

On the item form:

  • Screen readers get success announcements when tags are added, as well as errors when trying to add duplicate tags.
  • At some point, users were allowed to add duplicate tags again. That is now fixed.
  • Delete button and aria improvements in markup match those in tags/browse.
  • Broken 'undo remove' icon glyph is now fixed.

Fixes #1127, fixes #1128, fixes #1130, and fixes #1131..

Additionally fixes "undo" glyph on record form.

(#1127, #1130)
* Focuses undo remove tag button after removing tag and vice versa.
* Activating delete button directs focus to confirmation dialog close
button.
* Groups tag elements for clearer relationships.

(#1127)
Tags now use buttons to activate editinplace. This makes them keyboard
navigable. They have been labeled, and focus is directed back to the
button after editing.

(#1127)
* Alerts user when tags are added or they have submitted duplicate tags.
* Fixes remove/undo remove styling on new tags.

(#1131)
* Additionally uses non-minified jquery-editable-poshytip for easier
modification.

(#1127)
