What's the deal with having two live regions here? It's so you can always be adding text to one of them? Just having one region and blanking it every time before re-adding the text, that doesn't work? |

Blanking it every time before re-adding does not work consistently. I think it happens too fast, and VoiceOver struggles with it especially, which lines up with its pattern of weird announcement queuing. Alternating between the two live regions is the most consistent approach I've found thus far. |
