small patch to handle gitlab url containing a project subpart.
Current parsing is only handling scenarios with {owner} / {repository_name} which is fine for Github.
For gitlab, repositories can have extra element (ex: https://gitlab.in2p3.fr/escape2020/wp3/template_project_escape)
