Removed outdated information about SanDisk SD cards and their compatibility with BootMii.

Though I've been told by aep that this SanDisk disclaimer is definitely true, I think we've seen like... two such cases, max. And I very much doubt it was because of something special with how a SanDisk SD works. Plenty of new users have bought new SanDisk SDs and have had no issues.

i'm willing to believe this is a legitimate issue as sandisk has had a dirty supply chain for quite some time, with fakes, lower quality units, etc getting through testing, binned as sandisks and sold as the same quality as an 'actual sandisk'

Understandable -- in that case, should https://github.com/nh-server/Kurisu/blob/main/cogs/assistance-cmds/sdinfo.3ds.md also be updated to say we don't recommend SanDisk? I just find it weird we're only specifically calling it out for the Wii command.
