The star history chart in the README has stopped rendering because the GitHub stargazer API now restricts access. Update the chart to use a working source that does not require an API token.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken: the GitHub stargazer API used to render it now restricts access, so the chart no longer displays. This change points the chart at a working source that requires no API token, restoring the chart while keeping the same data source for the API and the frontend.
This is important because the chart is broken and needs a fix for the project to keep showing its star history.
