Error on check for identity

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Execute:

 new jSmart('{1 === true}').fetch()

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should return false, but instead a get error "TypeError: Cannot read property 
'0' of undefined"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

jsmart 2.9
Windows 8 64bit, Google Chrome 27.0.1453.94 m
