[WIP] Fix code based on review comments

• Inspect review comments in PR Refactor cargo wdk action unit tests #690 and map each to concrete code updates
• Run existing cargo-wdk build/tests to capture baseline behavior before edits
• Apply minimal fixes in build_task.rs and package_task.rs (narrow lint allows and restore streaming iterator behavior)
• Update/add focused unit tests only where needed for changed behavior
• Run targeted cargo-wdk tests after edits and verify no regressions
• Run secret scan on modified files and perform final validation

This PR is created due to copliot error on #690 . This is unnecessary and hence closing it.
