Release purview-v1.11.10. Re-enables Microsoft Agent 365 export switches, adds an optional startup version check (-SkipVersionCheck), clarifies Agent 365 messaging, and fixes an append data-loss case (target could be replaced with only the current run's rows). See release notes and documentation. Tag and release purview-v1.11.10 are already created against this branch.
