This is a follow-up to #55. That PR merged at its first head, 7708ba8, before this fix was pushed to its branch.

tools/publish-wiki.mjs on main writes .adoc pages, and the GitHub wiki lists none of them: curl …/wiki/_pages returned 0 page links after that publish. The asciidoctor/asciidoctor wiki uses .asciidoc and lists its pages. This PR changes the output extension to .asciidoc, exported as PAGE_EXT. It also widens writeWiki's cleanup to remove stray .md, .adoc and .asciidoc pages, so a republish clears the earlier .adoc files.

Closes # — no issue; this finishes DEBT D2 / RELEASE-CRITERIA D2's wiki half, landed in #55.

• Live. The wiki at e43022a was published by this exact code (branch commit 4f89ba1, cherry-picked here as 1a9182c). Checked with curl:
  • _pages lists all 11 pages.
  • Home shows the "Generated from" note.
  • The inlined status panel shows the resolved WIKI-HOME-001, with no literal {page-*} and no include::.
  • The sidebar and page links resolve.
  • Positive control for the probe: the gollum/gollum wiki returns 32 page links.
