Pigment can be (kind of) duplicated #8619

Description

@gugofn

Issue description

Painting a carpet with a painting machine costs 32mB of pigment, while extracting pigment out of a carpet yields 128mB. Given enough carpets, you can duplicate pigment like this. Same applies for transparent plastic blocks (42mB from extracting, but only 32mB for painting). Not sure if this is intentional or not, but I thought it was strange, considering that every other colorable block yields less pigment than used for painting it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Paint a carpet (or transparent plastic block) with any pigment. Notice how it takes 32mB of pigment for both blocks.
  2. Process a carpet (or transparent plastic block) via a pigment extractor. Notice how you get 128mB (from carpet) or 42mB (from transparent plastic block) of pigment, both higher than 32mB.
