Installation

🎯 Core Concepts

Proof of Energy

Tinergy implements a Proof of Energy model where physical activity is converted into verifiable digital tokens. Each workout is calculated based on the intensity and volume of exercises performed:

Energy = sets × reps × (weight + 1)

This formula ensures that:

Bodyweight exercises generate Energy (weight + 1 accounts for bodyweight)
Heavier weights generate proportionally more Energy
Volume (sets × reps) is properly rewarded

Blockchain Integration

While currently in demo mode, Tinergy is designed to integrate with blockchain technology to:

Certify Energy Tokens on-chain
Mint NFT achievements as unique collectibles
Provide true ownership of fitness data
