Reviewed all 65 changed lines across three files against the linked issue comments and Apple sources. The README retains the upgrade-only limitation, separates IPv4 state from connectivity, and labels interference as a hypothesis. Both diagnostic messages match. make ci exits 0 with 122/122 tests; the optional Markdown step remains unvalidated in WSL. No command behavior or domain policy changes.

The README still claimed no positive macOS 27 reports despite two replies in #22. Record their actual scope, including the original reporter's upgrade from Sequoia, and align the diagnostic note with that evidence.
Add read-only troubleshooting for #24, distinguish link and IPv4 state from internet access, and correct the documented purpose of shared Apple update hosts. External-installation and interference guidance links to Apple sources and remains a hypothesis for this report.
Validation: reviewed the linked comments and Apple documentation;
make ciexits 0 with 122/122 tests and no skips. The existing optional Markdown command does not validate Markdown in this WSL setup. No hardware validation or Wi-Fi root-cause claim.
