Adds channel-to-channel and detector-to-detector ratio plots in
plot,global, andprofile, and creates a separate canvas for the fractional uncertainty on the channel-to-channel ratio (similarly to the detector version) inplot. Implemented as a global option (--plot-ratios), skipping channels with non-matching binning (logged as warning right now). Thanks!
