Click-jacking was removed in commit 87bcba5. Not sure why, but I think some people found it sketchy, or maybe someone complained that it disabled GitHub features, such as the pull-preview pop-up.
However, with click-jacking, the number of "events" on a pull requests' timeline can be reduced. This doesn't matter for small pull requests, but larger pull requests may benefit more from less items in the timeline.
