🐞: [BUG] on macOS 26 no settings displayed and no persistent configuration

only on macOS 26 (not on macOS 15 tested on another machine), at each boot I have to redefine the path for the plist configuration.

Also, the settings menu window is displayed behind other application window (for instance Firefox window)

My Mac is a Mac Studio M4 Max.

I hope you will find a patch.

By the way, your solution is awesome.
