Extending the API

Hello! While this project was a right step for fabric server side, it's still lacking many of useful functionalities/interfaces.
Here are few examples:

• Getting list of player permissions (could resolve Numerical values as permissions #2),
• Getting list of player's groups (if supported) even as strings,
• Getting list of groups permissions,
• Adding/Removing permissions from players
• Support for UUID as parameters
  While all of them could be resolved by using permission mod specific apis, this would make it way simpler for mod devs to use one central api.

I'd add "getting events for permission changes" to that list. Would be a great step towards eliminating the some of the polling that needs to be done right now.

Also, I don't think this API should require permissions to be handled via "groups". There are various other useful permission models that a manager could choose to use - that stuff is squarely in implementation detail territory.
