P3: The demo link text mixes Chinese (即时演示) into an otherwise English README, which looks like an accidental translation artifact and reads oddly for the project's primary English-speaking entry point. Change the label to plain English, e.g. "Try Open Notebook in a hosted demo", keeping the rest of the sentence as-is.
