Process debts from the redesign, folded into one docs PR:

  • ADR-008 — design token system: records the structural decision from feat(frontend): Quiet Green design foundation — tokens, fonts, primitives, /dev/design #1218/feat(frontend): Quiet Green screen-by-screen reskin — shell, workspace, home, modals, remaining screens #1220 — visual identity as a layered token contract in globals.css, the design laws, why values stay hex (pixel-diff fidelity to the validated spec), the dark-mode resolution constraint (dark class must sit on the document root — CSS custom properties resolve where declared), and /dev/design as the review reference. Alternatives considered included keeping palette classes, a theming library, and full design-system tooling.
  • frontend/AGENTS.md: new hard rule — styling via semantic token utilities only; raw palette classes (text-red-600) and hand-written dark: color twins are review rejects. Keeps the first community PR after the redesign from reintroducing what the 38-file sweep removed.
  • README: hero mark replaced with the Quiet Green tri-hue pebble logo, the pre-redesign UI screenshot replaced with a current workspace shot, and a dead images/screenshot.png reference removed.

No code changes.

Review in cubic

…hed brand assets

- ADR-008: visual identity as a token contract in globals.css, reviewed
through /dev/design (laws, dark-mode resolution constraint, hex
  rationale, alternatives)
- frontend/AGENTS.md: hard rule — styling via semantic tokens only, no
raw palette classes or hand-written dark: twins
- README: new Quiet Green hero mark and a current workspace screenshot
replacing the pre-redesign UI; drop a dead image reference
