Added instructions for configuring the Google Cloud SDK, including authentication and project setup.
Updated instructions for setting up Application Default Credentials for Python to access GCP, removing old steps and adding new login command.
Updated instructions for setting up Application Default Credentials in GCP. Added steps for logging in and handling environment variables.
Now matches gcp_setup_mid.md
Updated instructions for verifying Application Default Credentials and added commands for checking service account roles.
