Summary
Add unauthenticated, uncached GET/HEAD
/healthzendpoints for Desktop, Costcenter, and License that return 200 for valid local configuration or 503 when unready without querying external services.Replace business-route probes with configurable startup, readiness, and liveness probes, add Helm connection tests, bypass Costcenter business prefetch for health requests, and document defaults and rollout requirements.
Validation
Six isolated endpoint/configuration tests passed, all three Helm charts passed lint with default and installation values, and
