Both grouped-update blocks now exclude majors via update-types, so a blocked major no longer drags mergeable minor/patch updates down with it. Also add the typescript ignore already used by sibling repos: TS 7 breaks npm ci here too, since @astrojs/check ^0.9.10 only accepts typescript ^5 or ^6. Dependabot currently groups all development dependencies together regardless of update type. When one of them has a major version bump that cannot be taken yet, it drags every other mergeable patch/minor update in the group down with it.
