Why is Burial flagged as unknown and/or malicious? 🦠

Windows will normally warn you when you try and run an unknown program. However, to get your program recognised by Windows, it costs a lot. Like, a lot. Check out this Reddit thread of people comparing prices of code signing services.

Why can't the program be portable? 🚃

Tauri, the framework that connects a web front-end with a Rust back-end, needs an installer to set up a few things (mainly a WebView installation). You can see more about it on their repository issues or discussions.

How can I find my TCOAAL installation folder? 🎮

Assuming you are using the Steam version of the game, you can find it by:

  1. Right clicking the game in your library.
  2. Selecting "Manage" and then "Browse Local Files".
  3. This should open a folder with files such as "Game.exe" and "libGLESv2.dll".
  4. That's it! Copy and paste the address of that folder.
