This entire file is identical to welcome.htm and can be removed. welcome.htm is the standard help file to include in the keyboard package (.kps)
An experimental keyboard that aims to make it easier for Brazilian ABNT2 keyboard users to type dyacritics and accentuations when typing Attic Greek.
