This change adds a new collaboration command and UI action to scroll directly to a collaborator’s cursor using public editor APIs. It introduces collaborator targeting using awareness clientId, wires the action from the collaborators panel, and adds readiness handling after document open so cursor reveal works reliably in both file editors and notebooks.
