Description

The JSON Schema Test Suite is installed from dev-main, and two of its PRs merged today added cases that the validator does not handle yet. CI now fails on every branch (e.g. #994) with 7 failures:

This PR adds the 7 cases to the skip list next to the existing bignum and relative-json-pointer skips. Both files are optional, and the skip list already holds related cases from them.

json-schema-org/JSON-Schema-Test-Suite#1253 and #1254 added cases that the
validator does not handle yet, which broke CI on every branch.
