Summary

• Documents the exploratory Rust core architecture direction for CodeGraphy as an installed CLI/core with stdio, MCP, VS Code, SQLite, and plugin surfaces.
• Captures WebGPU 2D graph renderer research, including what replacing react-force-graph would require.
• Adds source-backed notes on WebGPU support, VS Code webview constraints, Obsidian Graph View inspiration, and renderer/layout precedents.
