About

For my Honours Thesis from September 2025 to April 2026, I tested an automated segmentation model called Segment Anything for Microscopy. This is the code that I made to compare the predictions to the ground truths and to find the packing fractions (ratio of segmented pixels to total number of pixels in the image) of the predictions.
