This updates the IDC integration to use the officially supported skill. It pull the latest skill version at runtime via a new
entrypoint.shwhich is configurable viadocker-compose(you can set the branch/pin a version of this skill if you'd like).This also updates the drafter agents used by adhoc to more powerful models by default.
