I'd like to know if there would be interest for a contribution that provides a simple search engine (javascript powered using minisearch) with an index built at compile time. This would allow people using the doc offlline to still have access to a working search (my case recently on a spotty train connection). I've done the implementation with AI assistance, and it's doing OK compared to the current DDG implementation.
