Bump build.zig.zon .version 0.8.3 -> 0.9.0 ahead of tagging. Highlights since v0.8.3: - feat: configurable MAX_PEERS via the `-Dmax-peers` build option, 1..128 (#165) - feat: raise the default peer cap to 32 (#166) - docs: Exit Node & Outbound guide, simplified to the proxy-outbound pattern (#162, #163) - docs: quickstart now uses a hub + two spokes (#164) Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

MAX_PEERSvia the-Dmax-peersbuild option (1..128) — feat: configurable MAX_PEERS build option (default 16, max 128) #165Merging this, then pushing the
v0.9.0tag, triggers the release workflow (four-arch static binaries + GHCR image + offline tarballs +SHA256SUMS.txt). The guard job asserts the tag equals this version.
