This PR updates the IPTV database to use picons from the https://github.com/picons/picons for channel logos. Each picon has been renamed to match the corresponding channel name in the database.

Changes included:

Replaced existing logos with matching picons where available.
Left channels with missing or broken logos unchanged.
Ensures consistency between channel names and logo files.
update the width,height,format

This improves the visual consistency of the channel list while maintaining any existing logos that cannot be replaced.

i also remove broken pic

Im not sure if adding logo files would be helpful. Wouldn't that add more bloat? Why not use image rehosting sites instead?

The main issue is reliability. We already found over 920 dead links, showing how fragile external hosting can be. To solve this, I’ve added over 10,000 high-quality picons directly to the repo. This ensures the logos are version-controlled, consistent, and always available no risk of broken links or missing files in the future.

Use a dedicated image hosting website. This website isn't designed to handle that many images.

Would it be okay if I upload all the logos to a separate repo under my account and link them from there? That way the main database repo stays lightweight, but the images are still permanent and version-controlled.
