Ports #86 to Chakra v3: - The IGDB field links to an IGDB search for the name typed so far (URL-encoded, new tab), and the site field says which site to give. - "Add organisation" in the + menu pre-selects Studio on /studios and Association on /associations; /orgs/create reads ?type=. Also fixes the IGDB field showing the name's error state and message, and "Add game" linking to a relative games/create (from /game/:id it went to /game/games/create).
