ADaMS silently removed support for bulk deletion using
DELETEwith a request body recently. They now added a new API for bulk deletion (POST, same payload as the old one).
We now use the id-in-path version of the
DELETEAPI when revoking a single badge (because it feels cleaner to do so), and the bulk API when there's more than one badge to revoke.
