a2ml is retired (standards #837); cicd-suite #27 moved the contractile/ formatting gates to DEED document forms with legacy .a2ml accepted only mid-migration. Pin bumped so this repo's estate audit exercises the DEED-era gates.
…substance The Required Files Gate flagged an unedited-template MAINTAINERS (naming the pre-transfer owner, not hyperpolymath) and/or a missing or hollow ARCHITECTURE. Both now describe THIS repository truthfully: the owner account, and a layout section naming only directories that exist here. Verified against the gate logic locally (0 errors).
