Describe the bug
When I run a home assistant shortcut via Siri voice command through my apple watch, the shortcut seemingly runs twice. So for example, I have a shortcut to toggle a light. If I do "Siri, " to my watch, the light ends up toggling twice (to on, then back to off). If I do the same via iPhone siri voice command, the shortcut runs once, correctly. If I run a shortcut by pressing a button for it on my watch, it also runs once, correctly.
The problem seems specifically isolated to running HA shortcut by Siri voice command on a watch.
UPDATE: I was able to further isolate the issue occurring when a shortcut has the "Notify when run" toggle enabled. If I disable this option, the shortcut works correctly. I'm unsure if the "Notify when run" toggle is something new, it appeared enabled by default for all my existing Home Assistant shortcuts.
I am not using the Home assistant apple watch app. I am not using Apple Home.
To Reproduce
Create a Home Assistant shortcut on iphone for a light, with the "Toggle" selector enabled. Attempt to run the shortcut via voice command through an Apple watch (e.g. "Siri, ").
Expected behavior
Light toggles once to either on or off
