What changed in this PR
Switches the API Docker image back to Alpine to reduce image size following the removal of dependencies that required Debian.
Changes:
- Replaces
node:24-bookworm-slimwithnode:24-alpine. - Installs Git with
apk --no-cacheinstead ofapt-get, leaving the build and startup commands unchanged.

Switches the API Docker image from
node:24.22.1-bookworm-slimtonode:24.22.1-alpine, keeping the digest pin so Dependabot continues to track it. The glibc-only dependencies that required Debian (DuckDB, Java) have been removed, and@stacks/codecships musl prebuilds, so the image is now ~25% smaller.
